Aujourd&#8217;hui, je continue sur la m\u00eame ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Quand on commence \u00e0 s&#8217;entra\u00eener, il est tr\u00e8s motivant de compter les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions et le temps qu&#8217;on peut tenir une position, ou encore de mesurer son niveau de flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s important car \u00e7a nous encourage \u00e0 continuer.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;entra\u00eenement, l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration au niveau de la force, de l&#8217;endurance et de la flexibilit\u00e9 est spectaculaire. Souvent, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves voient leurs chiffres doubler et m\u00eame tripler au cours des premiers mois.<\/p>\n<p>Tout \u00e7a pour dire qu&#8217;avec l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience, et avec le temps, les chiffres peuvent devenir tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s; c&#8217;est souvent dr\u00f4le de penser au nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions qu&#8217;on pouvait faire d&#8217;un certain exercice quand on a commenc\u00e9 l&#8217;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>Imagine qu&#8217;au d\u00e9part tu ne peux faire que 25 push-ups, mais qu&#8217;avec l&#8217;aide des conseils trouv\u00e9s dans <a href=\"http:\/\/www.learnkung-fu.com\/store\/health-fitness-books-and-dvds\/station-strength-training-basic\/\">nos kits d&#8217;entra\u00eenement<\/a> en stations, tu r\u00e9ussis \u00e0 faire grimper ce chiffre \u00e0 50, ensuite 75, 95, 100, 115 et \u00e9ventuellement \u00e0 125. Le passage de 25 \u00e0 50 est beaucoup plus excitant que celui de 120 \u00e0 125.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est la m\u00eame chose pour les squats. Si tu commences \u00e0 50 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions et que tu peux \u00e9ventuellement en faire de 800 \u00e0 1000, tu te rends bien compte que l&#8217;entra\u00eenement ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 compter les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions et \u00e0 battre les records.<\/p>\n<p>Comme j&#8217;ai dit, c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s motivant de compter les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions au d\u00e9but, lorsque la force et l&#8217;endurance augmentent rapidement et de fa\u00e7on consid\u00e9rable. C&#8217;est la m\u00eame chose pour la flexibilit\u00e9. Une fois que tu peux faire une split jusqu&#8217;au sol, que chaque partie de ton<br \/>\ncorps est flexible et souple et que tu peux ex\u00e9cuter toute une gamme de mouvements avec facilit\u00e9, on dit que tu as atteint le niveau or (gold standard).
